Since 1978, Ken has worked as a political cartoonist for the Nadig Newspapers on the northwest side of Chicago. Ken has commented on the sometimes infamous and always interesting political landscapes of Chicago and Illinois government. Ken has created political commentary for every national election since Jimmy Carter. Ken has covered Chicago politics - the Jane Byrne years, the Harold Washington administration and Council Wars, Richard M. Daley, as well as Rahm Emmanuel. Statewide, Ken has followed Governor Dan Walker to Bruce Rauner and everything in between.

Ken continues to provide his visual commentary for the PRESS and the REPORTER/JOURNAL, the two weekly publications for publishers Glenn and Brian Nadig. NADIG NEWSPAPERS has been serving the northwest side of Chicago since 1940.
